Christie focuses on leveraging and enhancing leadership capabilities to drive results by working with teams to plan and implement strategic business initiatives. Christie’s international experience includes over 20 years working with organizations in the US, Europe, and Asia. She has worked across industry sectors, including computer technology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, hospitality, energy, and retail. She has coached executive and mid-level leaders in large, medium, small and start-up companies.
Christie has served as Director of Global Learning and Development for Peregrine Systems and Memec LLC, Manager of Management Development for FedEx Kinko’s, and Organizational Effectiveness Manager for Compaq Computer Corporation (now Hewlett-Packard).
Christie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Regis University. She holds a Master’s certificate from the University of Colorado in Curriculum Instructional Design and Technology with an emphasis on Corporate Education and Adult Learning. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and cycling.
