Craig Butler

Craig ButlerCraig Butler has over 30 years of executive financial and human resources experience with domestic and international firms of all sizes. With an MBA in International Finance from the University of Southern California, Craig can relate to business issues and strategies while focusing on the Human Resources aspects of coaching and developing key company leaders.

Working in Fortune 100 financial institutions and with mortgage lenders and technology firms, Craig gained insight into how companies succeed and what leaders need from their direct reports – both tangible and intangible aspects – to drive productivity. He has coached people of all levels within organizations to achieve success in their chosen areas. As part of his responsibilities, he assisted leaders in building cohesive teams to focus on strategic initiatives and coached technical managers to help them move into sales and leadership roles.

Craig has led financial, technical and HR projects in both leadership and partnership positions and has administered a billion-dollar annual budget for incentive compensation. He has led all corporate HR functions and can relate to the challenges faced by HR leaders.

Prior to attaining his MBA while working full-time, Craig graduated from Occidental College (Los Angeles, CA) with a degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs with an Economic emphasis. While at Oxy, he attended The American University on an exchange program in Economics (interning with the United States Department of Commerce during his time in Washington, D.C.).

With his broad background, Craig can assist leaders and managers achieving the goals established by their sponsoring firm by building rapport and providing experienced-based coaching.
