Lisa Mink is an internationally recognized human resources leader, consultant and executive coach with over 20 years of experience helping people and organizations do their best and be their best.

Her background includes working with CEOs, senior leadership, and public boards of directors. Her corporate background includes being a global human resources executive, and the Chief Diversity Officer at one of the world’s leading technology companies.

Known for her insightfulness, Lisa can quickly and accurately assess what a situation is, what needs to be done, and the best way to generate for tangible results that move an organization forward. She specializes in executive effectiveness, talent management, executive presence, and strategic diversity and inclusion management. Lisa co-leads executive women’s retreats around the world.

She is a Certified Executive Coach, as well as being certified in multiple leadership and culture assessment modalities. She also provides training on the topic of unconscious bias. Lisa’s international experience includes multiple short and long-term expatriate assignments. She brings multiple industry experience spanning technology, energy, healthcare, and professional services, to name a few.

Prior to working at global multinationals, Lisa worked on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. in legislative and public affairs. She has a degree in Journalism with an emphasis on Public Affairs.
