Brainard Strategy exceeded our expectations assisting us in implementing our first executive leadership development program. The Executives who participated in EXCELerateSM grew significantly as leaders through this robust and vigorous development program. They actively engaged with one another to form new and deeper relationships. Through their Action Learning Projects they researched, created and presented innovative solutions to current strategic opportunities. Brainard Strategy’s EXCELerateSM program has been a catalyst for change in our organization. We have already seen the impact it has had on our executives’ direct reports and are excited to watch the impact continue long after the program concludes.
