Angela Chen, Consultant

Angela has international experience in general human resource management. She has worked in training and development programs such as management training and new hire training in Taiwan. She handled expatriate management and overseas hiring. In addition, Angela has implemented Employee Assistance Programs along with executing company communication programs. Angela has experience working with surveys for employee satisfaction, employee commitment, as well as corporate value assessment and follow up improvement actions.

Angela has received certification in the EQ Workshop by TalentSmart, as well as the 360 process and feedback with PolarisTM Competency Model. Angela is certified as an internal trainer and mentor in Acer Computer Corp and she is also trained in individual assessment tools and coaching. She also practiced coaching with managers from the Art Institutes of San Diego.

Angela Chen received her B.A. from National Taiwan University where she majored in Economics. She received her MBA from the Ohio State University and a Masters of Industrial Organization Consulting Psychology from Marshall Goldsmith School of Management where she is now currently working towards her Ph. D. degree in Consulting Psychology.
