Jennifer Buck, Consultant
Jennifer Buck is a management consultant and Executive Coach with over 15 years experience as a leader, coach, and entrepreneur in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Jennifer’s no-nonsense communication style and uncompromising commitment to results have made her a trusted advisor to business executives. In addition to her work as founder and Principal of the Human Capital Training and Consulting firm, Vector Performance Inc., Jennifer is also an adjunct consultant and coach with The Leets Consortium in Newport Beach, Lee Hecht Harrison in Irvine, and People Talent Solutions in Cypress, CA.
Jennifer has worked extensively in the financial services, marketing, consumer goods and human service industries as a dedicated leader building training and development functions from the ground up. As a consultant, she is adept at creating solutions that work – business centered people strategies and intense, practical, results-oriented learning. This includes the design and management of outsourced Training and Organizational Development departments in order to maximize efficiency and minimize costs for organizations. Jennifer also specializes in creating highly custom and contemporary learning solutions and talent management strategies for innovative, cutting edge organizations. One of her core focuses is on identifying and developing new and emerging leaders as well as mid-level managers and “high potential” individuals in fast-paced, ever-changing work environments.
Jennifer holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Organization Development. She received her coach training at the College of Executive Coaching in Santa Barbara and is currently completing a year-long Graduate Level Certification in Evidence Based Coaching through Fielding Graduate Institute. Jennifer holds multiple training certifications including Franklin Covey, DDI, and ASTD. Additionally she is certified to administer a wide range of assessments including Myers-Briggs and DISC as well as the Center for Creative Leadership’s research-based collection of executive and custom multi-rater (360) feedback instruments.
