Nikki Prestidge, Consultant
Nikki integrates her knowledge and experience in both organizational development and marketing to impact and improve organizations. She assesses programs, success of organizational initiatives and employee engagement through various evaluation methods. She works to improve processes as well as explores new opportunities to increase individual development at both the corporate and small firm levels. Nikki has implemented coaching models alongside feedback methods, accountability training, and individual and group coaching. Nikki has experience both designing and facilitating trainings in large and small organizations. She also has experience coordinating and conducting an Assessment Center, in addition to evaluating job candidates.
Nikki has worked with multiple organizations to identify industry trends and current needs in order to develop a strategy to market their products and services. She has also assisted in designing marketing initiatives to connect customers with increased awareness and knowledge of the business.
Nikki earned a dual MBA and MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University. In addition, Nikki is certified in the Wagner/Coffey/Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coaching Model.
