Sabrina focuses on improving organizational success through program assessment and feedback processes. She has experience in work flow analysis, program management and employee engagement. She has a background in statistical analysis and various evaluation methods.

Sabrina is currently earning her MBA and Ph. D. in Consulting Psychology from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management.
