Organizational Design & Structure

Organizational Design is comprised of four design factors and culture.

Design factors are the change levers of sub-systems that act to support the strategy of the organization. The four factors are:

  • core activity systems,
  • structural systems,
  • measurement systems,
  • and the human resource system.

Each of theses systems must not only work in conjunction with one another but also must be pointed at customer acquisition and retention, profitability, operational efficiency, and employee engagement and development. As the strategy evolves and changes we, along with your leadership team, must be ready willing and able to evolve some or all of the sub-systems of organizational design.
